Hello again. 🙂 A couple days ago I made these cheese-filled mini hamburgers for dinner, topped with ketchup, cilantro, onion and cheese on a homemade sweet hamburger bun. They are likely closer to a meatball hamburger by the ingredients, but it is so delicious and perfect for this hamburger.
Start out by putting 2 pounds ground beef, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 teaspoon parsley and as much salt and pepper as you’d like (I used around 1/4 teaspoon of each) in a large bowl.
Mix together using your hands.
Form golf sized patties and add cheese on top. Shape meat over the cheese to create a larger patty with no cheese visible.
Place onto pan and cook until meat is cooked through and middle cheese is gooey.
Place on bun (My sweet hamburger bun recipe here) and add whatever you feel like.
