Hello! Here is a breakfast bake for two. 🙂
Preheat the oven to 350*F and grease a cookie sheet. Place your bagel on the cookie sheet.
Meanwhile, either fry an egg to ensure it’s cooked through or later you can crack the egg straight onto the bagel.
Add a slice of cheese onto the bagel. Personalize your breakfast bake by adding veggies of your choice.
Now add your fried or raw egg. The raw egg will take longer to cook, but it’s one less pan.
Cover in cheese and repeat with other side. Bake for 5-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the egg cooked.
