Sourdough Toast topped with Sauteed Mushrooms and Scrambled Eggs

Hello! I felt like making a savory breakfast this morning, so I decided to make some sauteed mushrooms with eggs and toast. Of course, it had have all of the flavors wrapped all together, so I put them all together in this eye-pleasing (and tummy-pleasing) dish. The only change I would have to this is to add some green, likely spinach because I love the mushroom-spinach pairing but possibly kale(?). Feel free to share your thoughts.

How to Fold a Burrito

Hello! How are you today? I know it’s been forever since I posted but I’m working on drafting all of the many (many) foods I have created. Instead of a recipe, you get this handy guide of how to fold a burrito. I know, a recipe is far cooler but unfortunately all of you will have to wait. Anyhow, I decided to make this post after a friend who had checked out my blog, informed me she attempted to fold a buritto and didn’t feel it turned out as well as it could have. Hamburger Breakfast Burrito

Hello! Yesterday I posted Cheese-filled Hamburger Sliders. Well, if you have leftovers… You could always eat it as is, make a breakfast burger out of it or you could attempt a meat version of my Vegetable Scramble. You could use this as a topper for toasted bread, in a breakfast burrito, or even alone. The ideas are endless.

You may be asking, “How?” Elementary, my dear watson, elementary.

All you have to do is crumble leftover hamburger and just make the scramble as usual, adding the meat in with the vegetables. If you would not like to click my lovely link above, the full instructions are below:

French Toast

Hello! How have you been?

It’s been crazy here. It’s finals in school and they are working us to death… I cannot believe I found time to post this, let alone cook anything for this post. 🙂

I decided I’d cook something quick, so I made french toast for myself and my family. The brilliant part of french toast is you can take the bread you want to use and some cookie cutters and cut shapes to make french toast out of. This morning I decided to make my siblings heart-shaped french toast.

Garlic Potatoes

I haven’t been on days! I’m such a terrible person… So I’ll have to make up for that with these fantastic garlic potatoes. What can I say, I am just obsessed with cooking with potatoes. My favorite part of this recipe though is the special ingredient… leeks. This was the first time I had ever cooked with leeks, and it was brilliant.
